Requests to Change Resident Meal Plans: these forms are intended for students living on-campus who have already submitted housing contracts and would like to change the meal plan previously requested.

First-Year Resident Student Change  Meal Plan Request

Upper-Class (Apartment-Style) Resident Student Change Meal Plan Request

The 'Upper-Class (Apartment-Style) Resident Student Change Meal Plan Request' is designed for upper-class residents who are interested in changing their meal plan to best fit their needs.

Deadlines for Meal Plan Requests:

  • January 2, 2009: To downgrade your meal plan or switch to a different meal plan  
  • January 23, 2009: To upgrade your meal plan within your designated plan

 

The meal plan request forms for the Spring 2009 term are now available. Please note that the deadlines to downgrade and upgrade do not match. Traditionally, the deadline to decrease one's meal plan is two weeks prior to the start of the term, and the deadline to increase one's meal plan is two weeks after the start of the term.

  • Students wishing to cancel their housing contract must contact Residence Life for approval. Once a housing contract cancellation is approved, the meal plan is also void. Students should cancel their housing contract (and, thus, their meal plan) prior to the beginning of the term.

    Requests for Non-Resident Meal Plans: these forms are intended for students who are not living in on-campus housing, but would still like a meal plan. Non-Resident students must submit a request each term he/she wishes to have a meal plan.

       Non-Resident Meal Plan Request

    The 'Non-Resident Meal Plan Request' form is designed for students who are not living in on-campus housing, but are interested in a meal plan to fit their needs.

    Summer Meal Plan Request

    The 'Summer Meal Plan Request' form is designed for students who are not living in on-campus housing, but are interested in a meal plan to fit their needs for the summer term.

     

    If you are not a resident of Loyola University Chicago's residence halls, and you wish to cancel your meal 
    plan, please do so in writing to: campuscard@luc.edu. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

       Charge Authorization Form: this form is intended for students to add Rambler Bucks to the ID card for use
       in Loyola's Barnes & Noble Campus Bookstores and anywhere Rambler Bucks are accepted. The form
       authorizes the Office of the Bursar to charge the amount requested onto one's student account. Please
       submit only one form per term.

    Charge Authorization Request Forms for the Spring 2009 term will be available starting December 1, 2008.
